CLEVELAND — One day after announcing his hiring, the Cleveland Browns officially introduced Kevin Stefanski as their new head coach.
And while Stefanski had lots of interesting football-related comments, one of the main takeaways on social media during his introductory press conference was that between his neatly tailored suit and salt and pepper beard, the Browns' new head coach bears a striking resemblance to George Clooney.
In fact, during an appearance on the NFL Network shortly after his press conference ended, Stefanski was confronted with his doppelganger, which he promptly denied.
"I got enough on my plate right now worrying about trying to get these Browns back to where we want to be," Stefanski said. "I'm not going to compare myself to any actors."
With all due respect to Stefanski, however, the former Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator didn't always have movie star-caliber good looks. In fact, a look through past headshots shows a coach who previously experimented with different hair and beard variations over the years before landing the Stefanski comparison.
