A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Cleveland Browns wide receiver over a paternity case, it was reported on Wednesday.
Cleveland.com said a judge issued the warrant after Gordon did not respond to several subpoenas in the case.
The Browns issued the following statement Wednesday afternoon:
"We are aware of the situation. Josh and his attorney are working with the Cuyahoga County Courts to resolve this matter. We have no further comment at this time."
Gordon is currently serving a four-game suspension due to a violation of the NFL substance-abuse program.
