CLEVELAND — This will come as a complete shock to absolutely no one who has ever attended a Cleveland Browns game at FirstEnergy Stadium: Browns fans like to swear.
An analysis by Casino.org shows that that the Browns have the No. 3 most vulgar fan base in the National Football League, trailing only Jacksonville and Tennessee.
Casino.org conducted a study where they scraped over 500,000 comments on Reddit for a wide variety of curse words between Sept. 2017 and Sept. 2018.
The study found that 10.4 profane words were used per 10 members of the Browns subreddit. This was good enough for third place. By comparison, Jags fans used 11.1 swear words per 10 members of their subreddit.
The Arizona Cardinals fanbase were last on this list, averaging 2.9 profane words every 10 members.
So you might be wondering what curse word Browns fans like to use the most? It's not what you think. The winner: 'crap.'
