Did you know there is a hack that can save you money next time you head to the ballpark to watch the Cleveland Guardians?
Recently, a social media post has gone viral in Northeast Ohio regarding Progressive Field's outside food and drink policy. In a post from imfromcle on Instagram, they stated, "Progressive Field allows you to bring in one sealed 20oz water and any food you want."
According to Progressive Field's policy, fans can bring in the following to the ballpark:
- Small single-serving juice boxes
- One 20-ounce or less factory-sealed bottle of water (one per person)
- Food items
One exception is that anyone in premium seating areas (suites and Terrance Club) is not allowed to bring in any outside food or drink.
Progressive Field's guidelines also list the following as items that cannot be brought into the ballpark:
- Cans, glass or plastic beverage containers, cups, squeeze bottles and thermos bottles
- Alcoholic beverages
- Horns, air horns, bugles, cowbells, bats or any other type of noisemakers
