COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Columbus Crew and fans have gathered in the Arena District to celebrate the Columbus Crew's third MLS Cup championship!
The parade started at noon with fans gathering along Nationwide Boulevard to cheer on the club.
The parade traveled along Nationwide Boulevard and ended at Lower.com Field with coaches, players and others speaking.

The game on Saturday brought the largest crowd ever to the field. Supporters said the energy was electric.
“It’s great we get to celebrate. We didn’t get to celebrate in 2020 because we were in the middle of the pandemic. It’s great to celebrate with the city, fans and the team,” said Norman Groves.
Groves said said it’s the perfect time to become a Crew fan if you aren’t already.
“There’s never a wrong time to join the Crew and be a part of this team. If any part of this run excited you, if you have the time, I hope you get out to the parade and celebrate with the team and the fans."
Groves said he thinks the future of the team is bright. He’s excited to watch the team continue to grow and maybe add another cup win in the future.
COTA reroutes
The Central Ohio Transit Authority is planning to reroute eight transit lines around the parade. According to COTA, customers should expect delays during the noon hour.
Transit lines will be rerouted on Lines 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 102 and CMAX until the parade concludes.
