CLEVELAND — A portion of Interstate 90 east in downtown Cleveland is open again following a crash Wednesday night.
The Ohio Department of Transportation says the wreck occurred near Chester Avenue, leaving all eastbound lanes briefly shut down from that point. Cameras showed emergency vehicles set up along the on-ramp, but all traffic is now moving again as of 10 p.m.
