ODOT is replacing the noise barrier walls along I-90 in Bratenahl that were built in the early 1990s.
WKYC's Alyssa Raymond was in Bratenahl along Interstate 90 westbound and the noise barrier walls are full of holes, with some sections of the panels completely gone.
They have become an eyesore and ODOT is fixing that.
They will be tearing down the barriers and replacing them with new ones.
