MACEDONIA, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Transportation confirms both the north and southbound ramps from State Route 8 to Interstate 271 in Summit County were closed due to a crash.
The incident occurred around 12:45 p.m., and details are not known at this time. Traffic was backed up in both directions, including northbound all the way from Boston Heights.
The northbound ramp reopened first, followed by the southbound ramp about two hours later.
