CLEVELAND — I-90 East near MLK Drive was closed on Saturday night due to a crash according to the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT).
All travelers were asked to use an alternate route.
After the incident took place at approximately 8:15 p.m., Cleveland Firefighters responded to the scene of the crash.
During the response, a firefighter was struck by a vehicle. According to Cleveland EMS, the firefighter was alive during the transport to University Hospitals.
I-176 Southbound near Spring Road has been closed due to icy conditions and multiple reported spin-outs from vehicles traveling on the roadway.
