CLEVELAND — With AAA projecting 79.9 million people will travel 50 miles or more from home for the Thanksgiving holiday -- and that number includes a record-breaking 71.7 million who are expected to travel on the roads.
AAA says this increase includes 1.3 million additional travelers on the roads when compared to last year.

TAKING A FLIGHT
For those who are flying to their destination this Thanksgiving, TSA is predicting a record-setting travel period with 18.3 million people expected to be screened in U.S. airports from Nov. 26 to Dec. 2.
This marks a 6% increase from last year.

"The common theme among the top 10 domestic destinations is warm weather," according to AAA. "Four Florida cities are on the list because of their beaches, theme parks and cruise ports."
