CLEVELAND — Severe weather moved its way through the eastern portion of Ohio on Monday afternoon.
The National Weather Service issued a Tornado Warning for the southern part of Trumbull County and North central Mahoning County that expired at 1:45 p.m.
Around 1:15 p.m., a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Lordstown, or 9 miles south of Warren, moving northeast at 20 mph.
Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
