CLEVELAND — For the second day in a row, strong winds are whipping Northeast Ohio this week -- and gusts could top 50 mph today. That's why National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Wind Advisory for all of Northeast Ohio until 4 p.m. Wednesday.
"20-30 mph wind with gusts to 50 once again today. Very similar to yesterday," explains 3News meteorologist Matt Wintz. "I think it will be just a little tick down versus how strong those winds were across the area yesterday."
Much like yesterday, the National Weather Service also warns that “a few power outages may result.”
The windy conditions on Wednesday come as colder temperatures return with snow chances -- and your extended weather forecast shows much colder air is on the way into next week.
