CLEVELAND — Bundle up! We're dealing with wickedly cold wind chills, which is why the National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Wind Chill Advisory throughout all of Northeast Ohio until noon Wednesday.
How cold are we talking? 3News' Matt Wintz says it could feel as cold as -20 degrees.
“This is some seriously cold stuff, about as cold as we get this time of year," Wintz says.
Many schools are also closed as a result of these bitterly cold conditions.

Although it will be cold, we're expecting sunshine throughout the day.
Snow chances, however, return tomorrow and Friday with some accumulation expected.
