CLEVELAND — 3News' Austin Love hosted a fundraiser to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society on Thursday night.
"Crush 'Em for Cancer" was held at Market Garden Brewpub in Cleveland from 6-10 p.m.
Love planned the event in honor of his mother, Jill, who has been fighting a rare blood cancer known as multiple myeloma.
The event featured, beer, music, food and an auction that featured the following items:
- Dinner for you and 11 friends at your house prepared by NBA All-Star Charles Oakley
- Opportunity to throw out the first pitch at a Cleveland Guardians game, along with four tickets
- Autographed basketball from Evan Mobley of the Cleveland Cavaliers
- Food truck event for 25 people with Smokin' Rock n' Roll
- 4 Cleveland Metroparks golf passes, four Cleveland Metroparks Zoo passes, a $150 gift card to Fahrenheit and a one-night stay at the Cleveland Marriott downtown
- Custom-designed art by Dom Lanzara
- Ultimate Wine basket
