CLEVELAND — With all of the cold weather in Northeast Ohio, a zoo is probably the last place you'd think to spend your time.
But at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, they have plenty of indoor activities as well. They offer enjoyable and educational programs for kids of all ages. The Zoo’s Conservation Education department has programming all year round for kids, families, teens, teachers and many more.
On Thursday, we sent Mike Polk Jr. out to the zoo on What's New to check out some of the fun.
Mike met Choco the armadillo and Cricky the wallaby during his time at the zoo and also chatted with Jim Nemet, who is the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo's Education Manager.
