High school football is back! How are you celebrating your team from afar?

Fans in stadiums have been limited because of COVID-19 concerns. Share with us how you're still showing your team spirit.

CLEVELAND — With high school football back this weekend and spectators limited due to COVID-19 concerns, people need to get creative about how they're showing their school spirit.

At Massillon Perry High School in Stark County, where tickets have been limited to three per player, band member and cheerleader, administrators have decided to stream the game live.

Like so many high school football fans throughout Ohio tonight, while the Panthers open up their season against the Lake Blue Streaks at home tonight, people from Perry Township will be tuning in from the comfort of their own homes.

We want to know how you're getting in to the spirit even if you can't be at the stadium.

Share the way you're celebrating your home team with us, by commenting on our Facebook post, replying to our tweet, texting us or sending us a photo using 'Near Me' on the wkyc app.

To text us your response, send a message with or without a photo to (216) 344-3300.

To use our 'Near Me' feature on the WKYC app, watch digital anchor Stephanie Haney walk you through it in the video below, or read on for step-by-step instructions.

All you have to do is open the app, tap on 'Near Me' in the bottom right corner, and tap on 'Share with us' when the map pops up.

From there, you can select your photo or video right from your phone, write a short description so we know what we're looking at, and hit submit.

When your submission has gone through, you'll see the word 'Success' pop up in the app, and you'll know it's been sent to us and is awaiting review by our team.
