'Social but Distant' with O.A.R. saxophone player Jerry DePizzo

The Youngstown native and Ohio State alum talks life in quarantine, his secret obsession with Lizzo and the ups and downs of being in a rock band for 25 years.

CLEVELAND — It was just last year when 3News spoke to the members of the band O.A.R.

At the time, they were fresh off the release of their latest album "The Mighty," kicking off a nationwide tour and collaborating with Great Lakes Brewing Company for their beer "The Mighty Lager."

Like everyone else, even rock stars who have traveled the world playing their music are quarantined at home.

Jerry DePizzo took a break from teaching his two daughters math to talk life in quarantine, showing us around his man cave and even spilling a little tea about the bands 25th anniversary in 2021.

O.A.R. is still staying busy. Every Sunday you can catch "I Feel Home" with lead singer Marc Roberge where he plays an intimate acoustic concert live on Instagram.
