On Tuesday's Front Row, Katie Hogan, owner of Bleu & Brie Co. in Lorain, stopped by with some helpful tips to step up your holiday dinner table.
Bleu & Brie specializes in charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and luxury picnics. Hogan launched her business in 2021. Her charcuterie boards are made up of a variety of meats, cheeses, assorted fruits and nuts, and more. There's a little something for everyone.
In addition to creating charcuterie boards and grazing tables, Hogan offers charcuterie workshops for around $70 per person. It's a perfect date night, girls night out, or team-building event. Hogan provides all of the tools and food for you, then delivers a one-hour instructional session on how to make the perfect charcuterie board.
