Strike a pose! Roxy has Wags 4 Warriors photo shoot

Picture perfect!

CLEVELAND — From Progressive Field to a photo shoot, Roxy, our Wags 4 Warriors service pup in training is staying busy.

We caught up with Roxy on Wednesday night at the Wags 4 Warriors training facility. She was socializing with other dogs as part of a special portrait even to benefit Wags.

Pet owners brought their dogs in for a session with Martha Widdowson, of Portraits by Martha, who donated half of her sitting fee to the charity. Widdowson shared with us that getting that perfect shot has a lot to do with finding the right squeaker.

“My tool box is squeakers,” she said laughing. “I go into stores and search for squeakers until I find the right one.”

Widdowson also carries an ample supply of treats and suggests walks to help nervous pups.
