CLEVELAND — On Tuesday's 3News Now with Stephanie Haney, the top headlines include what's coming next related to articles of impeachment being drafted against President Donald Trump, "they" the pronoun being selected as Merriam-Webster's word of the year and a look at female friendships.
House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry Nadler announced the two charges against Trump will be abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, related to the president’s July 25 phone call where he’s accused of delaying aid to Ukraine in an effort to pressure Ukraine’s government to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden.
Rep. Adam Schiff tweeted following the announcement: "President Trump abused the power of his office, undermined our national security and jeopardized the next election. He has shown no remorse and is at it still, trying even now to get foreign help in his re-election. No one is above the law. Donald J. Trump must be impeached."
