CLEVELAND — A 38-count indictment was handed down to to fourteen members of a drug trafficking organization that operated in Northeast Ohio.
The indictment alleged that the defendants participated in a conspiracy that distributed five kilograms of cocaine, over 280 grams of crack cocaine and fentanyl throughout the Northeast Ohio area.

- Marque Miller, 28, of Cleveland, Ohio
- Theodore Nickoloff, 48, of Elyria, Ohio
- Adrian Smith, 32, of Elyria, Ohio
- Anthony Lee Smith, 33, of Elyria, Ohio
- Mario McCray, 41, of Elyria, Ohio
- Madonna Sanchez, 36, of Elyria, Ohio
- Alex Perez, 25, of Sheffield Lake, Ohio
- Bernard Green, 62, of Elyria, Ohio
- Brandon Keith, 32, of Elyria, Ohio
- Toquato Knowles, 42, of Elyria, Ohio
- Darius Glass, 32, of Elyria, Ohio
All 14 defendants were charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance and distribution of controlled substances. They are also accused of using cell phones and coded language to mask drug trafficking activity.
The alleged activity took place from February 2019 to August 2022. According to the statement the group obtained a large amount of cocaine from an unknown supplier.
