The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating a hit-and-run that injured a 66-year-old man.
According to reports, the man walking and pushing a wheelchair Thursday evening around 11:30 p.m. when he was struck near Community College Avenue and Triedstone Street.
When officials arrived, he was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center with life threatening injuries.
The vehicle responsible for the incident fled the scene. However, police have recovered what they believe to be the suspect's vehicle.
No arrests have been made and no formal charges have been filed at this time. Stay with 3News for updates as they become available.
