The suspect wanted for shooting a man in the leg in Canton earlier this month has been captured.
Members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force apprehended 31-year-old Myles Muth on Wednesday morning in the 1400 block of Shriver Avenue N.E. Muth has been charged with felonious assault.
Muth is accused of shooting a 30-year-old Canton man in the 2600 block of 13th Street S.W. on July 6. Police responded to the scene at around 7:15 p.m. and found the victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was taken to Aultman Hospital.
