CLEVELAND — Two men have died as the result of a double shooting that happened in the area of E. 109th Street and Prince Avenue in Cleveland early Saturday morning.
Cleveland police say it was around 2:45 a.m. when officers received a Shot Spotter alert and responded to the scene where they found two men -- ages 26 and 27 -- with gunshot wounds.
Officers provided aid to both victims before Cleveland EMS arrived, but police say the 27-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other victim was taken to the hospital where he later died, according to police.
“Initial investigation reveals both victims were in a stolen vehicle,” according to a press release from the Cleveland Division of Police.
The victims have since been identified as 27-year-old Sylvon Robinson of Cleveland and 26-year-old Bralon Shepard of Garfield Heights.
No arrests have been made.
