However, the grand jury did not return a true bill on a third man that was arrested. Charges of aggravated murder and complicity to aggravated arson were dropped against Corey Bulstrom of Louisville and he was ordered to be released.

Cunningham and Morris remain in jail on a $1 million bond. They were arraigned in Stark County Common Pleas Court on Friday morning where both pleaded not guilty.

Canton firefighters responded at around 1:30 a.m. on May 1 for the structure fire in a two-and-a-half story residential structure in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue Northwest.

"When crews arrived, they found heavy fire in the front of the house," according to a press release from the Canton Fire Department. "While entering the front door to suppress the fire, they found the body of a deceased adult male behind the door."

The victim was identified as Campbell. No firefighters were injured.

The State Fire Marshal ruled the fatal fire was caused by arson. In a release, SFM officials said that video captured by witnesses showed "multiple persons of interest fleeing the scene at the time of the fire."
