ELYRIA, Ohio — Authorities are investigating after three people were shot early Thursday morning. The situation began as officers with the Elyria Police Department responded to the call of shots fired in the 200 block of 7th Street around 1:53 a.m.
Investigators say a party was taking place in a residence where “a disturbance occurred and shots were fired.” Three people with gunshot wounds arrived at the University Hospital Elyria Medical Center, authorities said. All three are believed to be in stable condition.
