EUCLID, Ohio — Euclid police are investigating the shooting death of 20-year-old Ty'Wan Johnson.
Police say his last known address is Euclid, Ohio. He was fatally shot on Saturday.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office said he was transported from E. 240 Street and Puritan Avenue to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center on Saturday where he died.
