CLEVELAND — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to a wanted fugitive.
25-year-old Leslie Lopez is wanted by the Summit County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshals Service after allegedly failing to appear for aggravated murder.
Now she is being highlighted by authorities as "Fugitive of the Week" for May 9, 2022.
Lopez was allegedly involved in a shooting that took place in the 2100 block of 12th Street Southwest in Akron, according to a press release from authorities.
The incident occurred back on Jan. 29 when a 26-year-old man was shot "while standing on a front porch of a residence." He later died at an Akron hospital.
Lopez is described as 5'5" tall and weights approximately 125 pounds. She was last known to be living in the Cleveland and Akron areas.
