CLEVELAND — Members of the U.S. Marshals' Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force have arrested a 23-year-old man wanted for murder by Cleveland Police.
Marshals arrested Dorian Lynch on Tuesday morning in Cleveland's Hough neighborhood.
On March 20 of this year, Cleveland Police were called to a liquor store at the 4000 block of Lee Road for a shooting. Investigators say Lynch and a 17-year-old male got into an argument with the victim, 24-year-old Kevin Boyd, who was inside the store.
The argument ended up outside of the store with Boyd shot.
The teenager was arrested a few days after the shooting.
"Senseless violence on our city streets will not be tolerated by law enforcement officers or by members of the community. We will continue to work diligently with our local partners and our community to ensure safe neighborhoods for the Cleveland community," U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott said in a statement.
