CLEVELAND — Update: Aug. 10, 2022:
According to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department, 64-year-old Terrance Burnett, 62-year-old Harry L. Houston Jr., 28-year-old Lavell D. Taylor and 26-year-old Tessa Ann Raczynski were all arrested in connection with the death of a missing Lakewood Man.

Officials confirm the body of a Lakewood man who had gone missing last week was found on the west edge of Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood this past Thursday evening.
Witnesses reported seeing a decomposing body wrapped in a tarp near the intersection of Train and Richner Avenues around 8:23 p.m., leading police to the scene. The victim has since been identified as Victor Huff, and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has ruled he died after being shot multiple times.
Huff's friends had reported him missing on Aug. 2, and the truck he was driving was located not far from his body. The exact circumstances surrounding his killing are not known at this time.
Cleveland police detectives are currently investigating the matter, and a source tells 3News at least one arrest has been made in the case. Anyone with information on possible suspects is asked to immediately call the department's homicide unit at (216) 623-5464 or anonymously at Cuyahoga County CrimeStoppers at (216) 252-7463. A cash reward of up to $5,000 may be available for tips.
