ALLIANCE, Ohio — One person is dead after a shooting involving an Alliance police officer on Sunday afternoon, according to an Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) spokesperson Steve Irwin.
The incident took place at approximately 2:30 p.m. on South Linden Avenue.
No officers were injured in the shooting. The deceased has yet to be identified.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing. 3News will update this story as more information becomes available.
