The first incident took place on Friday morning at approximately 6 a.m. Officers responded to the 2500 block of E. 109th Street for a male who called police radio to report he had shot someone. Upon officers’ arrival, the male suspect exited the home and surrendered a firearm. The victim came to the suspect’s home and the suspect retrieved a firearm and went onto the roof. The suspect saw the victim in his yard and began shooting at him. The victim then entered a vehicle and fled the scene. The suspect was arrested and interviewed. The incident remains under investigation.
Also on Friday, officers were called to the 11200 block of Hazeldell Drive for a report of a man shot at around 11:35 p.m. The 27-year-old victim was found down in the driveway with multiple gunshot wounds. At approximately 11:20 p.m., the victim went outside to be picked up and multiple gunshots were heard by people inside of the home. The victim was then found down in the driveway.
