Task force detectives arrested 18-year-old Robert Greenlee in the 400 block of Hardman Drive in Cuyahoga Falls on Friday. Greenlee was charged with murder and booked into the Summit County Jail.

Greenlee was wanted for the shooting death of Trieg Schwab in an incident that happened on October 2. Police say at approximately 4:40 p.m., Akron officers responded to the 1100 block of Chandler Avenue after a shooting took place. When officers arrived, they found Schwab with apparent gunshot wounds in the backyard of the property. Schwab was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Summit County Medical Examiner later reported Schwab died from gunshot wounds to the torso.

According to a preliminary investigation, residents in the nearby area said yelling could be heard before the gunshots. In the days following the fatal shooting, police identified and linked Greenlee to the murder.
