Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services is asking for your patience

Please be patient and they will get to your call as soon as possible

CLEVELAND — The Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services is also being impacted by the coronavirus and they are asking for your patience.

Due to the COVID-19 cases, they are experiencing a high number of phone calls for unemployment benefits.  They are urging everyone that they will get to your call as soon as possible.

Also, they are asking people to apply online at unemployment.ohio.gov to process your application faster.
