Where to get the hottest slice of corned beef in your neighborhood

CLEVELAND — If you're still in the mood to celebrate St. Patrick's Day even with local bars and restaurants having closed their dining rooms, the luck of the Irish is with you! 

Cleveland eateries with Irish inspired menu items have quickly adapted to Governor DeWine's order, and have made accommodations for customers to eat classic Irish foods this St. Patrick's Day. 

DOWNTOWN: 

Slyman's Tavern (3106 St Clair Ave NE, Cleveland, OH 44114): A true Cleveland icon famous for their corned beef sandwiches, Slyman's Tavern will open for to-go orders only. They are taking special precautions amid coronavirus concerns, too. The dining room will not be open (216) 621-3760. 

The Harp (4408 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113): The contemporary Irish restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for curbside pickup only. They are requesting that anyone who would like to carry out call ahead. (216) 939-0200. 

Stone Mad Pub (1306 West 65th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44102): The 'pub, restaurant, & bocce' will open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. with their Irish menu takeout. Call ahead at (216) 281-6500. 

EASTSIDE: 

Slyman's Tavern Orange (4009 Orange Pl, Orange, OH 44122) & Slyman's Tavern Mentor (7601 Mentor Ave Suite B, Mentor, OH 44060): If you don't feel like making the trip into the city to get your hands on some of Slyman's iconic corned beef, the good news is that the east side has not one, but two locations available for carryout. Like the downtown location, carryout orders will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 2:30 p.m.. 

Craggy Boglands (4857 Robinhood Dr, Willoughby, OH 44094): The pub will open at 10 a.m. for curbside and to go orders of their corned beef and celtic egg rolls, and close at 8 p.m.. They are accepting call ahead (440) 946-8250, and walk in orders. 

Full menu is available for takeout today. Tomorrow will be limited to our 3 corned beef sandwiches. (Croagh, New Yorker and Reuben) plus our eggrolls!

Hooley House (7861 Reynolds Rd, Mentor, OH 44060): The popular Northeast Ohio food chain will be open for pickup and delivery via apps like DoorDash, Postmates, and UberEats. You can order online here or call ahead with the make, model, and color of your car at (440-942-6611). 

WESTSIDE: 

Greenisland Irish Pub (25517 Eaton Way, Bay Village, OH 44140): Open from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., the classic Irish cuisine will be available to patrons looking to carryout. They are requesting that patrons call ahead at (440) 250- 9086. 

Public House (7219 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44111): The Kamm's Corner staple will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for pickup at their back door, or call ahead at (216) 252-6608. for curbside delivery. 

Murphy's Law (5303 Memphis Ave, Cleveland, OH 44144): The restaurant will be serving classic Irish foods from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. via pick-up. They are accepting call ahead at (216) 741-1088, and walk in orders as well. 

If all else fails, Mcdonald's Shamrock Shakes are always an option via delivery apps and drive-thru.
