CLEVELAND — On Monday's 3News Now with Stephanie Haney, the top headlines include how to watch Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna's public memorial in Los Angeles, Harvey Weinstein's sexual assault conviction, and how to enter Cedar Point's lifetime ticket giveaway.

Plus, we take a look at road closures, concerts, and Downtown Cleveland Restaurant Week (now through March 1).

The Bryants' memorial kicks off at 1 p.m. Eastern, which can be watched live here.

Mourners began to gather early today at a sold-out Staples Center to say farewell to the Bryant, on a day picked to honor both of their jersey numbers, 2 for Gianna and 24 for Kobe.

The basketball superstar and his 13-year-old daughter will be honored at the arena where Bryant played for the Los Angeles Lakers, after they lost their lives in a helicopter crash on January 26.

Bryant's family, sports legends and other major figures will reportedly attend.

Kobe and Gianna were laid to rest in a private ceremony earlier this month.

Disgraced Hollywood mogul Weinstein has been convicted at his New York City sexual assault trial.

He was found guilty of criminal sex act for assaulting production assistant Mimi Haleyi at his apartment in 2006 and third-degree rape of a woman in 2013.

The jury found him not guilty on the most serious charge, predatory sexual assault, that could result in a life sentence.

He was also found not guilty on the charge of first degree rape.

The once-celebrated “Pulp Fiction” producer still faces another trial in California. As Weinstein's New York trial got underway, the Los Angeles District Attorney announced Weinstein has been charged with raping one woman and sexually assaulting another in separate incidents over a two-day period in Feb. 2013.

Locally, motorists who travel on Route 8 through Stow, Cuyahoga Falls, Hudson and Boston Heights are in for some traffic headaches for the next couple of months starting on Wednesday.

The Ohio Department of Transportation has released the details of its $58.6 million plan which is focusing on the reconstruction of Route 8 northbound between Graham Road and Route 303.

Starting on Wednesday, northbound traffic will be split into two separate lanes. The left lane will cross over onto Route 8 southbound, while the right lane will use the median lane of Route 8 northbound.

For those who want to exit at Seasons Road, Steels Corners Road, or Route 303, you MUST be traveling in the right lane. Those in the left lane will not be able to access these exits. See more details here.

Looking ahead, there are plenty of concerts coming to Northeast Ohio, and that includes the Black Keys, and Michael Stanley and The Resonators with Donnie Iris and The Cruisers

The Black Keys - Akron's own hometown boys - are returning to Northeast Ohio with a 2020 tour stop this summer at Blossom Music Center.

The concert takes place on Tuesday, Aug. 11 with special guests Gary Clark Jr. and Yola.

If you can't make it to the concert at Blossom Music Center, they have one other Ohio stop in Cincinnati on July 22.

As for Michael Stanley and Donnie Iris, they'll play on Saturday, July 18 at the Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre.

Both sets of tickets go on sale Friday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m.

Today, Cedar Point fans can begin entering to win the Ticket of a Lifetime.

This ticket offers guests free admission to Cedar Point, the Cedar Point Shores water park and free parking for the rest of their lives.

It can’t be purchased like your typical season pass. In fact, only 150 of them are up for grabs.

Starting today, Cedar Point is launching its lifetime ticket contest online in which one winner will be chosen every week through Aug. 16.

All winners will also be given three lifetime tickets to gift to their family or friends.

Plus, play weekly for a chance to win thousands of other prizes.

And today through Sunday, foodies can celebrate with delicious lunches and dinners out, at a fraction of the cost.

There are 45 restaurants are participating this year, meaning it's a prime opportunity to try new places and dishes. Participants will offer special three-course menus for lunch and dinner at $15 and $30, respectively.
