CLEVELAND — On Thursday's 3News Now with Stephanie Haney, the top headlines include fact-checking the Democratic Primary debate where former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg made his debut, an increase in the reward for information about a Bratenahl woman who has been missing since May, the potential prison sentence Cleveland Browns' free agent Greg Robinson faces and details about the new Cleveland Cavaliers head coach.
J.B. Bickerstaff will take over for former head coach John Beilein, after Beilein seemingly lost control of the locker room at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
On Wednesday, five-time All-Star and NBA champion Kevin Love said the players could have done more to help Beilein, but instead they spent their time trolling the coach.
Players reportedly played songs that included the word "thug" in them, after Beilein said they "were no longer playing like thugs," a word that carries heavy racial connotation within the black community, during a film review session, and later said he meant to say "slugs."
On Friday, the Cleveland Auto Show kicks off, parking here for the next week and a half to show off the latest in automobile trends.
