AKRON, Ohio — Some Akron Public Schools (APS) students and families will experience a school bus delay on Monday, December 6, due to driver shortages.
A release from APS says that multiple buses will now cover certain routes and result in some children arriving to school later than expected.
Students who ride the following buses should expect delays Monday:
- 466 - Litchfield, Schumacher
- 447 - STEM Middle, IPS
- 569 - Litchfield, Findley and
- IPS 433 - STEM Middle, King and Rimer
- 467 - Jennings, Harris/Jackson - main campus
At this time, officials with the school district say that plans may have to adjust accordingly if they receive any further call-offs.
