CLEVELAND — The Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony began after a delay Saturday amid heavy rain impacting the Canton area.
The delay came amid a Flash Flood Warning from the National Weather Service in Stark and Summit counties until 2 p.m.
At 1:14 p.m., the Pro Football Hall of Fame provided an update saying the gates are open for the ceremony. An official start time was not provided.
