The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is dealing with a system-wide phone outage on Thursday morning.
"Attention All Riders: We are currently experiencing a system wide phone outage," the RTA's official Twitter account posted at 8:06 a.m. on Thursday. "We apologize for the inconvenience while we work to get our phone lines for telephone information and paratransit back up and running. We currently do have an eta for this issue will be resolved."
