CLEVELAND — On Saturday May 28 at approximately 7:52 p.m. a 2020 Kia Sportage and a 2022 Yamaha 450F motocross bike were involved in a collision at the intersection of Kinsman Road and East 138th Street.
The 68-year-old driver of the Kia was traveling westbound on Kinsman Road when she attempted to make a left turn onto E. 138th St.
The Yamaha, operated by a 25-year-old male, was performing a wheelie when it crashed into the back of the Kia.
The driver of the bike suffered severe head trauma as a result of the incident and was transported by EMS to University Hospitals for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
