UPDATE: A Missing Adult Alert has been canceled for Robert Mathews, who has been found safely.
Previous story: The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for the public's help in tracking down 71-year-old Robert Mathews.
According to a report from the Ohio Attorney General's office, Mathews left the Euclid Beach Healthcare facility at 12 p.m. on Wednesday and has not returned.
Mathews apparently left the facility on an electric wheelchair. He is described as a Black male, 6'2" tall, weighs 190lbs, and has gray hair and brown eyes.
Mathews is diabetic and does not have his required medication with him.
