BROOK PARK, Ohio — Donte's Restaurant and Pizza Shop, a long-time staple in the Brook Park community, will close their doors for the final time in July.
The restaurant's owners announced the upcoming closure on their Facebook page this week saying the decision was "bittersweet" for them.
The family owned and operated eatery opened in 1972. Ownership says their last day of "normal business operations" will be on Wednesday, July 17. There will be a special "Last Call" event that will take place on Friday, July 19 and Saturday, July 20 run by the restaurant.
Details on the "Last Call" event will be revealed soon, according to Donte's post.
