LAKEWOOD, Ohio — More than 16,000 people were without power in Cuyahoga County early Wednesday afternoon.
Power has been restored.
The outages were due to “an issue with the equipment that feeds power to all of their communities,” a FirstEnergy official told 3News.
Lakewood, Rocky River and Westlake were seeing the greatest impacts in terms of power outage numbers.
No additional details were immediately available.
