"During each recorded incident, the person can be seen checking for unlocked doors around each home," the police department said. "We have reason to believe that he is checking unlocked cars as well."

According to police, a bicycle was reported missing following the incidents. No other items were reported missing.

Police reminded community members to lock their homes and vehicles at night and asked anyone with any security footage that could help with the investigation to "reach out and let us know as soon as possible."

Last night, between 2:30-4:30 am, a suspicious person was recorded by residential security cameras at ten houses on four different streets in the south-west portion of our city. During each recorded incident, the person can be seen checking for unlocked doors around each home. We have reason to believe that he is checking unlocked cars as well. Currently, a bicycle is the only item reported as missing. Remember to lock up your homes and vehicles at night! If you have any security video that can assist us with this investigation, please reach out and let us know as soon as possible. Thank you!
