CLEVELAND — A Cuyahoga County grand jury has indicted Domonique Roberts in connection with a deadly shooting that happened earlier this month in South Euclid.
According to the indictment, Roberts was charged with the following
- 2 counts of murder
- 2 counts of felonious assault
The deadly shooting happened on Sunday, Nov. 3, at around 12:33 p.m. in the 4000 block of Okalona Road.
While responding to the scene, officers found a man with a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim, who was identified as Jermaine Moore-Taylor of Euclid, was transported to the hospital in critical condition, but later was pronounced deceased.
Roberts was taken into custody at the scene, and a firearm was recovered.
In addition, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation was called to the scene to assist investigators.
Roberts is expected to appear in court on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. for an arraignment hearing.
