CLEVELAND — A 37-year-old woman is suffering from serious injuries after being hit by a pickup truck while crossing the road in Cleveland.
According to the Cleveland Division of Police officials, the incident happened at around 4:42 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 11.
The victim crossed Lorain Avenue at West 105th Street via the crosswalk against the traffic signal. While walking across, a Ford F-150 pickup truck driving east on Lorain with a green traffic signal hit her.
Cleveland Police officials confirmed that the victim was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center with serious injuries.
