CLEVELAND — On Wednesday’s Lunch Break with Jay Crawford, we're calling out what works and what doesn't when it comes to treating your family's ailments during cold and flu season.
Dr. Frank Esper, M.D., from the Cleveland Clinic, also known as our "Dr. Mythbuster" on Lunch Break, tells us what's fact and what's fiction when it comes to going outside with wet hair, eating chicken noodle soup, whether honey helps cure a cough and if we should feed a fever and starve a cold.
Jay lunched with 3News’ Hollie Strano, who gave their best guesses, and the two were joined by digital anchor Stephanie Haney, weighing in with audience responses.
