CLEVELAND — Instagram museums have taken over the country from coast to coast, with the Museum of Ice Cream in Los Angeles and the Rosé Mansion in New York, and now Cleveland is getting in on the fun.
Winter Wonder Cleveland, created by Jason Percival, is full of interactive art installations including 14 different photo and video opportunities, perfect for creating that perfect snapshot.
On Monday's Lunch Break with Jay Crawford, digital anchor Stephanie Haney shared a sneak peak at everything the pop-up has to offer.
The available backdrops include a "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation"-inspired house covered in lights, just like Clark Griswold does it in the movie, complete with a welcome mat where you can pose for a picture.
There's a larger-than-life snow globe that you can step inside, and a stunning Cleveland skyline backdrop set behind a swing with a cutout of the moon, complete with theatrical-quality lighting.
In keeping with the local theme, visitors can also take a photo with a #ThisIsCLE setup that includes the "Christmas Story" leg lamp.
Winter Wonder Cleveland is located in the Ingenuity Labs artist co-creating space downtown, at 5401 Hamilton Avenue.
Tickets range from $14 for children to $26 for adults, with a $19 reduced price during "happy hour."
Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also reserve your time slot in advance here.
Winter Wonder Cleveland is open now through January 17.
