How to make the 'Deck the Halls' signature drink from the Lake Effects holiday pop-up bar in downtown Cleveland

On Lunch Break with Jay Crawford on Thursday, Jay and 3News’ Maureen Kyle were joined by 3News' Mike Polk taking a look inside Lake Effects.

CLEVELAND — On Lunch Break with Jay Crawford on Thursday, Jay and 3News’ Maureen Kyle were joined by 3News' Mike Polk taking a look inside Lake Effects, downtown Cleveland's pop-up holiday bar.

Mike tried out making one of the signature bourbon drinks, which are all holiday-themed, called "Deck the Halls."

The pop-up bar is located in the Schofield building, open through December 31 with varying hours Tuesday-Sunday.

Deck the Halls from the holiday pop-up bar Lake Effects

Ingredients and amounts:
2.5 oz bullet bourbon
1 oz of Christmas syrup,
Orange peel
Cherry

Instructions:
Put ice in a shaker
Add bourbon
Add Christmas syrup
Shake and pour into a rocks glass with the ice
Add a cherry and orange peel and serve.
